Her Healthy Life

Many of my clients come from a background of yo-yo dieting, binging, mindless eating, starving themselves, calorie counting, strict meal plans, consumption of products and supplements and extremely negative self-talk. I help women break free from all that noise and start eating well and moving their bodies consistently from a place of self-worth and self-love. My Program ‘Her Healthy Life’ helps women learn how to eat intuitively, without dieting. Diets have a 98% failure rate!

I work closely in a bespoke fashion with each of my clients, guiding her, motivating her, and helping her navigate the murky waters of self-destructive thoughts, emotions and behaviours. My clients stop the negative self-talk, diets, starvation, rules, calorie counting, supplements, products or plans.

The crux of the program is not on weight or numbers, but rather cultivating sustainable and permanent mental and physical health. This shift of focus from numbers and superficiality to holistic health and the bigger picture is empowering and boosts women’s self-esteem and self-confidence dramatically. As a result, women tend to reach and maintain a weight that is ideal for them.

Women are pillars of the world, without us everything would crumble. Each woman deserves to feel empowered, loved, healthy and happy. This has to begin from the inside out. I know this, because I’ve personally experience it and have had the privilege of helping women through this process time and time again.

Hi, I’m Lydia.

I’m a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist based in London England specialising in Women’s Weight Management. I’m originally from Toronto Canada, but after having travelled much of the world and lived in several countries, I settled in London. I have a successful and thriving face-to-face private practice, but also work internationally with virtual clients.

I now work daily to empower women to take control of their mental and physical health in a sustainable, permanent and natural way. I’ve developed and am extremely passionate about my coveted Women’s Weight Management Program, called ‘Her Healthy Life’, which is a comprehensive and innovative program that radically shifts women’s lives. I help women foster a healthy relationship with themselves and food naturally, by showing them exactly how to take control of their thoughts, feelings and actions to radically shift their eating habits and exercise patterns without dieting, starvation, binging, self-loathing, fads, trends, supplements or products.

My education includes a double honours degree in Russian Studies and Journalism from the University of Kings College in Canada, Certification from LSI (Language Studies International) in Canada to teach English as a foreign language. I’m also a certified HypnoBirthing Mongan Method practitioner and finally went on to study and certify in Evidence-Based Hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
